Dr. Tyler Green, PT, DPT
Tyler opened Rise Physical Therapy in 2016. He is born and raised in Arkansas received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Arkansas Tech University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Tyler is married to Dr. Karen Green, DDS. They have two daughters, Katelynn and Hannah. He enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing, skiing and hiking.
Tyler has advanced training in manual therapy, McKenzie spine, treatment of TMJ dysfunction, joint rehabilitation, and sports medicine. Tyler is excited to offer quality personalized one on one care to Fayetteville and all of Northwest Arkansas.
Dr. Derek Lee, PT, DPT
Derek opened Rise Physical Therapy with Tyler in 2016. The dream was to offer the best physical therapy care in Fayetteville and Northwest Arkansas. Derek is a Fayetteville native. He went to the University of Arkansas where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2007. He then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Southwest Baptist University in 2011. After PT School Derek and his wife Erin moved back to Fayetteville in 2011 where they continue to put down roots and raise their son, Isaiah. Derek has a passion for Running, Cycling, and Fly Fishing. Derek is trained in the McKenzie method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), and is well versed in exercise and manual therapy including ASTYM (Soft Tissue Mobilization). Beyond that he has great experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
Dr. Alyssa Lindau, PT, DPT
Alyssa joined Rise Physical Therapy in September 2017. She is a Denver, Colorado native and received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In May 2017, she graduated from Northeastern with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Alyssa enjoys running, biking, hiking and spending time outdoors with her dog. She has run the Boston Marathon and is excited to be able to work with runners and athletes in Fayetteville.
Alyssa also has clinical experience in post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and rehabilitation for older adults.
