Tyler Green, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Co-FounderTyler opened Rise Physical Therapy with Derek Lee in 2016. He was born and raised in Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arkansas Tech University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. When not in the clinic Tyler is spending time with his wife Brittany and daughters Kate and Hannah. He enjoys spending time outdoors running, skiing, hiking, and helping patients get back to doing what they love!
Derek Lee, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Co-FounderDerek Lee is a Fayetteville Arkansas Native, and Alumni of the University of Arkansas where received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2007. He went on to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Southwest Baptist University, graduating in 2011. After practicing in the field of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for 5 years, he co-founded Rise Physical Therapy with Tyler Green to serve the Northwest Arkansas population. While opening getting Rise Physical Therapy off the ground and running, Derek was Diagnosed with Lymphoma, and underwent intensive Chemotherapy. Surviving cancer has given him a new found look on life and appreciation of health and wellness. He and his wife Erin Lee have 2 children, Isaiah and Josephine. In his free time he is spending time with his family, running, or fly fishing.
