Tyler opened Rise Physical Therapy with Derek Lee in 2016. He was born and raised in Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arkansas Tech University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. When not in the clinic Tyler is spending time with his wife Brittany and daughters Kate and Hannah. He enjoys spending time outdoors running, skiing, hiking, and helping patients get back to doing what they love!

Derek Lee is a Fayetteville Arkansas Native, and Alumni of the University of Arkansas where received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in 2007. He went on to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Southwest Baptist University, graduating in 2011. After practicing in the field of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for 5 years, he co-founded Rise Physical Therapy with Tyler Green to serve the Northwest Arkansas population. While opening getting Rise Physical Therapy off the ground and running, Derek was Diagnosed with Lymphoma, and underwent intensive Chemotherapy. Surviving cancer has given him a new found look on life and appreciation of health and wellness. He and his wife Erin Lee have 2 children, Isaiah and Josephine. In his free time he is spending time with his family, running, or fly fishing.

Alyssa Lindau, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Alyssa joined Rise Physical Therapy in September 2017. She is a Denver, CO native and received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She loves working with older adults on balance and fall prevention, as well as working with patients to rehab hand injuries or recover from hand surgery. Alyssa works with patients of all ages and also enjoys working with runners and endurance athletes. She also specializes in treating TMJ pain (or TMD). In her free time, Alyssa can be found painting her nails and doing nail art or playing video games with her husband, Vlad. She also LOVES dogs and has three of her own named Sugar, Otto and Waffle.

Jeanette Turley, PT, DPT

Jeanette joined Rise Physical Therapy in January 2018. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Arkansas and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities. She has love for treating a variety of orthopedic conditions of back and neck pain, shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle injuries and TMJ pain (TMD). She is currently pursuing her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) for musculoskeletal conditions. For years she has also had a special interest in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation therapy and recently earned her Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Certification from The American Institute of Balance. When not in clinic Jeanette and her husband Clayton are busy chasing after their two young daughters, locating lost Barbie doll accessories, and reminiscing about the days they got a full night’s sleep. Jeanette enjoys gardening, the great outdoors, cardio/HIIT, volunteering at recovery stations for local running and cycling events, and snuggling on the couch with her girls and fur babies.

Carrie joined Rise Physical Therapy in July 2018. She's a Springdale native with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a DPT from UCA. In her spare time, Carrie enjoys traveling, food, sports, exercise and spending time with her dog Sadie.

Jacob Davies, PT, DPT

Jacob joined Rise Physical Therapy in April 2021. He is a Northwest Arkansas native and attained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015 from the University of Arkansas. He went on to graduate from Southwest Baptist University in 2019 with his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). His special interests include working with athletes of all ages, ACL injury prevention, post-operative recovery, and global health outreach. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Hannah, their son, Levi, and Australian shepherd, Chip. He loves spending time outdoors, road cycling, and cheering on his Arkansas Razorbacks and Kansas City Chiefs.

Jessie joined Rise Physical Therapy in September of 2020. Originally from Chicago, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Neuroscience at Augustana College, and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at Washington University in St. Louis in 2020. She moved to Fayetteville shortly after graduating PT school. Jessie is passionate working with athletes of all backgrounds, with a special interest with the CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and tactical-athlete communities. She is also passionate with treating complex conditions, including concussion management and other neurological conditions. Outside of the clinic, you can find Jessie at Mensch CrossFit, or spending time with her fiancé, Travis, and her two mini-huskies, Denali and Benjen. 

Megan James, PT, DPT

Megan graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2021. Since graduation, Megan has practiced in pelvic floor therapy developing a love and passion for the field. Megan is a member of the APTA section on Pelvic Health and certified in internal and external vaginal exams through APTA. Megan sees patients of all genders and ages. Megan has a passion for treating chronic pelvic pain and pain with intercourse. She is a trauma-informed therapist who recognizes its impact on pain and quality of life. In addition, she specializes in treating urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, constipation, diastasis recti, vaginismus, dyspareunia, post-prostatectomy, and postpartum/pregnancy. She is also a dedicated runner favoring marathons and ultramarathons. This sport helped her develop a love for helping women return to running after pregnancy. Megan lives in Fayetteville, AR with her husband, Elliott, and two children, Lola and Mabrey. She is a former theatre kid who started her physical therapy career later in life. In her free time, you can find Megan playing board games at a local brewery, coordinating the Mustache Running Club, reading a dystopian novel, or volunteering at a local race in an inflatable chicken costume.

Kyler joined Rise Physical Therapy in April 2022. He is a Springdale native and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harding University in 2015. Kyler double majored in Pre-Professional Health Sciences and Leadership & Ministry and played 4 years of collegiate baseball as well. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2019 and then completed an Orthopaedic Residency in 2020. Kyler is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in physical therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Kyler enjoys sports performance evaluation and training of all athletes, with a special interest in baseball and golf. Kyler and his wife, Emily, have a daughter named Whitley, and a dog named Chester. When not at Rise, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and woodworking.

Sarah is an NWA native who completed her undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University in Nutritional Sciences in 2015. She returned to Fayetteville to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UAMS-NW in 2018. She then completed an Orthopedic Residency in 2019 and became an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2020. She treats all orthopedic conditions for all ages and also provides treatment for female pelvic floor conditions. Her passion is for pregnant and postpartum women wanting to maintain physical fitness during and after pregnancy/delivery. She is eager to incorporate a holistic approach to helping you become more independent in your healthcare journey. Sarah is blessed by her husband and son and in her spare time you can find them going on hikes and camping trips with their dog, River.

Jessica Tuell, PT, DPT

Jessica was born and raised in Benton, Arkansas before graduating from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro with her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2022. Jessica spends most of her free time outside trail running, backpacking, and mountain biking. She also has worked with horses for most of her life and has participated in many equestrian events including barrel racing and now has a quarter horse mare with whom she does dressage. She and her husband, Brooks, have also have a cat (who also hikes) and an Australian Shepherd with whom she competes in dog sports, primarily rally-obedience.

Matt Harper, PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist

Matt Harper joined the Rise team in September 2022. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2020. He was drawn to this profession by his passion for movement, strength, and performance. Also, his background as an athlete with a varied competitive and injury history resulted in a passion for maximizing performance while minimizing injury through a comprehensive and holistic approach. Outside of his role as a physical therapist, he is also a strongman, weightlifting, and sports performance coach. As an athlete, he is currently working to improve his national ranking in the sport of strongman.

Gabrielle Back-Kremers, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Gabrielle was born in Kansas City, MO, and attended the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith for her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Central Arkansas in August 2022, where she began additional training and education to practice pelvic floor therapy. Initially, Gabrielle was interested in pelvic floor therapy because she saw a need for more therapists, but that interest changed into passion for the field when she underwent her own pelvic floor therapy following the birth of her daughter. Gabrielle is a member of the APTA section on Pelvic Health and certified in pelvic floor internal and external vaginal exams through Herman and Wallace. She specializes in treating urinary and fecal incontinence, pubic symphysis pain, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, vaginismus, interstitial cystitis, constipation, scar dysfunction, endometriosis, postpartum/pregnancy, and pelvic pain. In her free time, you can find Gabrielle playing tabletop board and roleplaying games, cheering on Malcolm Stewart during Supercross season, and reading sci-fi novels.
