Tyler Green, DPTPhysical Therapist, Co-Founder
Tyler opened Rise Physical Therapy in 2016. He was born and raised in Arkansas. He received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Arkansas Tech University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Tyler is married to Dr. Karen Green, DDS. They have two daughters, Katelynn and Hannah. He enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing, skiing and hiking.
Derek Lee, DPTPhysical Therapist, Co-Founder
Derek opened Rise Physical Therapy with Tyler in 2016. Derek is a Fayetteville native and graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2007. He then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Southwest Baptist University in 2011. After PT school, Derek and his wife Erin moved back to Fayetteville where they continue to put down roots and raise their son, Isaiah. Derek has a passion for running, cycling, and fly fishing.
Alyssa Lindau, DPTPhysical Therapist
Alyssa joined Rise Physical Therapy in September 2017. She is a Denver, Colorado native and received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. In May 2017, she graduated from Northeastern with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Alyssa enjoys running, biking, hiking and spending time outdoors with her dog. She has run the Boston Marathon and is excited to be able to work with runners and athletes in Fayetteville.
Jeanette TurleyPhysical Therapist
Jeanette joined Rise Physical Therapy in January 2018. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Arkansas and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. After PT school, Jeanette and her husband Clayton moved back to NWA. They recently took on a fixer upper and spend most weekends performing DIY home repairs when they are not soaking up the outdoors. Jeanette enjoys gardening, running, and spoiling their three dogs.
Sean Pelzer, DPTPhysical Therapist
Sean joined the Rise team in December of 2017. Sean is originally from Austin, Texas. He completed his undergraduate degree at Texas State University and moved to northwest Arkansas in 2014 after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas, with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). He enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, and their two dogs.
Sadie ProsserPatient Care Representative
Sadie has a bachelor degree in social work but has decided to go back to school to pursue her passion for nursing. She loves concerts, anything outdoors, pizza, coffee, working out/exercising and the Dallas stars.
Kadi WebsterMassage Therapist
Kadi joined Rise Physical Therapy in March. She is a Michigan native. She received her LMT license in 2009 from Blue Cliff College. She has loved pursuing her passion helping others and loves learning more about massage therapy. Kadi and her daughter Lily Eryn live in Springdale. When Kadi isnt busy spending time with her daughter she enjoys cowboy action shooting, cycling, reading and four wheeling.
Lauren MadsonPhysician Liaison
Lauren joined Rise Physical Therapy as our physician liaison in March 2018. She is a Plano, Texas native and received her Bachelor of Science at the university of Central Arkansas, where she played soccer for all four years. Lauren is married to Kyle and they have two kids, Isabelle and James. Lauren enjoys soccer, hiking and spending time with her family. She is actively involved throughout the community and has enjoyed working with charitable organizations like; the Alzheimer’s association, American Diabetes Association, and Will Golf for Kids.
Kristina CourtneyDirector of Operations
Kristina joined Rise as our clinic operations lead in March 2018. She attended the University of Arkansas and currently lives in Farmington with her three kids (Kadynce, Alexander, Tenley). Kristina enjoys attending her kids' sporting events, cheering on her football teams (Razorbacks and New England Patriots), and spending time outdoors.
