Why Rise?

Our Mission

Rise exists to have a net positive effect on our community by providing honest and ethical Physical Therapy.

Our Core Values

Together We Rise: Individuals functioning as a cohesive team can have the greatest impact on the even greater community. Team up to strive for the common purpose that transcends one person.

Excellence, Not Perfection: Excellence is not perfection, but rather a mindset that breeds ownership, accountability, hard work, and a positive outlook. It provides a foundation of resilience to deal with change, challenge, and uncertainty.

Drive Change: To desire change in healthcare is one thing, to be that change is another. We must be active participants in the change we want to see in order to prove that it is a worthy and noble task.

Cultivate Growth: Cultivate growth with a self-awareness that we are all capable of development personally and professionally. Aspire to see challenges as opportunities, seek out solutions, and celebrate the success of others.

Stewardship: We value the responsible management of the resources entrusted to us. This includes, but is not limited to the time, trust, and financial resources of our patients and company.

Community Inclusivity: We promise to value all people and build an inclusive culture. We are committed to treating all individuals with compassion and empathy.
